Edge Hill University was established in 1885 as Edge Hill College. They are a campus-based, state-funded university situated in Lancashire. They were officially granted degree awarding powers in 2005 and became a university in 2006, gaining their current name. They provide a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across a range of disciplines.
