About

Goldsmiths University of London was founded in 1904 and is an open research institution associated with Universities UK and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. It began as Goldsmith Technical and Recreative Institute and later on became a part of the University of London. Once this merge occurred, it gained its current name. It started offering postgraduate and undergraduate level programs across several fields under humanities and arts in 1980. In 1990, the university received its Royal Charter.

The campus has excellent facilities including a big lecture theatre, seminar halls, digital teaching rooms, a café, and a library. Their campus houses numerous departments and also features accommodation facilities, a studio, and a center for computation and culture. The university is in partnership with around 1,500 colleges and schools which enables students to go for the student’s exchange program.

If not, you will have to share a bathroom with other students. Kitchens and living areas are communal. The kitchens are equipped with a freezer, cooker, iron, microwave oven, and ironing board.
