About 

Leeds Trinity University was founded in 1966 and is a public education institution. It wasn’t until 2012 that it got university status. Its campus is situated at Horsforth close to a village called Rawdon. It is close by to public transport links as well as necessary amenities and shops. They renovated their campus between 2009 and 2010 and it now has 8 halls.  

The most notable being their incredible accommodation which has approximately 198 bedrooms with en-suite and self-catered facilities. The campus also has the Andrew Kean Learning Center and houses nutrition and food preparation laboratories as well as sports science laboratories. They provide a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as foundation and top-up courses to students.  

Postgraduate Programs They Run 

Leeds Trinity University offers several postgraduate programs spanning subject areas such as creative writing, education, health and wellbeing, leadership, business, journalism, geography, history, mathematics, and more. Some of the award classifications these courses offer include Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert), Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Art (MA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and more. A majority of their postgraduate programs can be completed full-time within a year or part-time over 2 years.  

Admissions Process 

If you are looking to study an undergraduate course at Leeds Trinity University, you should make your application via the UCAS. You can do this by visiting their website and pressing the apply button. Then, begin filling out your application. Ensure you include the correct institution and course codes when completing your application also. After you have submitted it, the admissions team will review it and contact you to let you know whether they would like to offer you a place on their course.  

International undergraduate applicants can apply in the same way. Postgraduate applicants can apply directly on the Leeds Trinity University website. Simply visit the page of your chosen course and click the apply now button. This will redirect you to the online application page. Fill it in and after you have submitted it, the university will get in contact with you. International postgraduate applicants can apply in the same way.  

Accommodation 

Leeds Trinity University has its own accommodation on campus costing as little as £100 per week. The accommodation is self-catered and has free fast Wi-Fi. The accommodation has a range of room types, some with en-suite bathrooms and others without, requiring you to share a bathroom with other students staying in the accommodation. You can expect to have a shared living and kitchen area. Laundry facilities are available on-site and there is 24-hour security. There is also disability-friendly accommodation available. Your room will have a bed, wardrobe, storage, shelves, mirror, desk, and chair. After you have accepted your offer to study at Leeds Trinity University, you will be able to book accommodation. Scholarships and Financial Support 

Leeds Trinity University provides a number of different scholarships and financial support options to students. Some of the scholarships available include the Leeds Trinity Bursary, the Academic Achievement Award. The Sanctuary Scholarship, the Journalism Diversity Fund Bursary, and more. Some of these scholarships award up to £1000 to help students pay their tuition fees.
