About

Oldham College was founded in 1893 and now offers a range of courses in a variety of areas including performing arts and media, digital and creative media, sport, travel and public services, financial and professional services, caring professions, and the built environment. They have state-of-the-art facilities for students including their digital and creative facilities, finance and professional services, early years education spaces, health and social care facilities, and construction, retail and commercial spaces. In the last number of years, they have also invested £22m in their campus and are thrilled to have three new buildings with spectacular facilities students can enjoy. Every year, they welcome around 10,000 students across 500 full-time and part-time programs as well as apprenticeships.

Types of Programs They Run

Oldham College has an array of programs to choose from including apprenticeships, courses for adults, employers, and higher education. Their courses span topics such as early years and education, business, languages, health, social work, horticulture, digital design, media, beauty, art, fashion, barbering, entrepreneurship, performing arts, science, tourism, music, and more. Some of their programs allow for part-time learning also.

Applying for courses at Oldham College is very simple. There is an online application on their website which you can fill out to apply for your place. Once you have filled out and submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been received by post, email, or text. This is also how you will find out if you have been successful. This process can take a few weeks as the admissions team need adequate time to review your application.
