Queen Margaret University was established in 1875 and is a public university situated in Musselburgh, Scotland. The institution began as Edinburgh School of Cookery and in 1999 began to be recognised as Queen Margaret University. As of recent, the university’s vision has been to facilitate an experience of learning that will help students achieve their personal goals while also enabling them to contribute well to society. Prior to relocating to their current campus in Musselburgh, they had campuses in Leith, Gateway Theatre, and Corstorphine. Between 2007 and 2008, they brought students together from their three universities, moving them to the new campus in Musselburgh.
