About
Situated in the centre of the community, Sandwell College has created a highly inclusive learning environment with excellent resources and facilities to support thousands of students. Most of their full-time students are between 16 and 18 years old and many progress straight to university, employment, or further study. They attract a diverse student population and have experienced phenomenal growth over the years. Their state-of-the-art central campus includes beauty and hairdressing salons, a specialist automotive centre, construction workshops, computer labs, fashion and photography studios, a sports hall, engineering and science laboratories, a 170-seater theatre, and much more. They provide a host of programs for school leavers, adults, and employers as well as A-Levels and apprenticeships.
Types of Programs They Run
Sandwell College provides a plethora of programs including school leaver courses, apprenticeships, A-Levels, adult courses, and programs specifically for employers. They cover subject matter such as animal care, dog grooming, design, art, automotive, computing, business, construction, engineering, early years, fashion, languages, maths, beauty therapy, makeup, photography, media, performing arts, travel, sport and more. Some of these programs allow for part-time learning also.
Admissions Process
To apply for any program at Sandwell College, you must visit the website. Then, navigate to the webpage of your chosen course and scroll down to the apply now button. When you click this, you will be redirected to an online application form to fill out. After you have filled out your application, submit it for review by the college’s admissions team. The college will then review it and contact you with their decision. This can take a few weeks.
