Established in 1973, The University of Buckingham is a private university and one of the oldest private universities in England. They received university status in 1983 and began to offer degree programs. They opened their School of Medicine in 2015 and started rolling out an undergraduate program that year. The medical school is called the University of Buckingham Medicine School.
Their campus houses central buildings as well as a fitness centre, library, the Students’ Union, accommodation buildings, and more. They have a teacher training faculty nearby as well as a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The University of Buckingham offers numerous postgraduate and undergraduate programs across a range of disciplines. They have five schools – School of Art & Language, the School of Science & Medicine, School of Humanities, School of Law, and the School of Business.

Admissions Process

You will then be brought to an online application form which you can fill out. If you are applying for part-time courses, you can make your application in the same way. The university will then review your application and revert back to you.
Accommodation
The University of Buckingham has student accommodation on campus available for students. All utilities – Wi-Fi, heating, lighting, and water are included in the rent price. You will also get contents insurance. Communal areas are cleaned on a daily basis. Laundrettes are in close proximity to the campus and all bedrooms are furnished. Bedrooms contain a bed, mattress, curtains, desk, desk chair, desk light, shelves, wardrobe, a mini-cooler, and a vanity unit. En-suite bedrooms have a wash basin, toilet, and shower. The kitchens are all fully fitted and have microwaves, freezers, cookers, toasters, kettles, and fridges. The kitchen and living areas are shared.
